Summary: The Power BI Developer role involves joining a Global People Analytics team to create impactful HR performance metrics and dashboards within the energy sector. - Deliver high-quality Power BI dashboards and insightful HR performance metrics that inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analytics requirements, ensuring clarity and precision from concept to delivery.
- Design and implement data pipelines and models, partnering with our internal SAP DataSphere Engineer to optimise data flow.
- Create visually stunning, interactive dashboards that engage users and simplify complex data insights.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation and compliance with data governance policies.
- Develop access and controls frameworks to maintain the integrity of our Power BI suite.
- Manage project milestones effectively, adapting to the fast-paced nature of digital transformation.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in HR data visualisation analytics, particularly with Power BI, and familiarity with HR reporting systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
- Expertise in data transformation, DAX coding, and advanced analytics.
- Ability to navigate fast-paced project environments and manage ambiguity with innovative problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Data Governance and role-based security frameworks.
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Data Analytics, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
- Experience in HR analytics, with a track record of using Power BI effectively.
- Experience in HR transformation and system implementation is highly desirable.
