Summary: The Power BI Developer role involves joining the Global People Analytics team to create impactful HR performance metrics and dashboards within the energy sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Power BI dashboards and HR performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analytics requirements.
- Design and implement data pipelines and models.
- Create visually engaging and interactive dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with data governance policies.
- Develop access and controls frameworks for Power BI suite integrity.
- Manage project milestones effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex data concepts.
- Proven experience in HR data visualisation analytics, particularly with Power BI.
- Expertise in data transformation, DAX coding, and advanced analytics.

- Degree in Human Resources Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
