Summary: We are seeking a dedicated PMO Analyst for a temporary role within the Technology department of a leading player in the Financial Services industry, based in London. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills and a keen interest in financial services. This role offers valuable experience and the opportunity to contribute to significant technology projects within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of technology projects.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Prepare project status reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects adhere to project management standards and guidelines.
- Assist in the management of project risks and issues.
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
- Participate in project review and lessons learned activities.
Key Skills:
- A degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
- Experience in project management, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be detail orientated, analytical and inquisitive.
- Good time management - must be able to work to deadlines, in an ambiguous environment and under pressure.
