Summary: We are seeking a dedicated PMO Analyst for a temporary role within the Technology department of a leading player in the Financial Services industry, based in London. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills and a keen interest in financial services. This role offers valuable experience and the opportunity to contribute to significant technology projects within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of technology projects.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare project status reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to project management standards and guidelines.
  • Assist in the management of project risks and issues.
  • Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
  • Participate in project review and lessons learned activities.

Key Skills:

  • A degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
  • Experience in project management, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Must be detail orientated, analytical and inquisitive.
  • Good time management - must be able to work to deadlines, in an ambiguous environment and under pressure.

Salary (Rate): 495
