Summary: The PAF Support Senior Associate will play a crucial role in facilitating the PAF process by ensuring effective coordination, documentation, and execution of tasks across various functional areas. This position requires adaptability to evolving priorities and operational needs, providing on-demand support in areas such as proposal development, grant management, and monitoring. The role involves regular updates to guidance notes, managing data collection, and assisting with communication and reporting tasks. The associate will also support the PAF Program Manager in decision-making and troubleshooting challenges that arise during project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update PAF Window 1 guidance notes and manage process inquiries.
• Monitor and report on the status of requests and submissions.
• Assist in preparing Calls for Proposals (CFP) and managing data collection templates.
• Coordinate Evaluation Committees and track progress on proposals.
• Facilitate grant preparation and monitor budgets for consistency.
• Support grant setup, implementation, and closure processes.
• Provide general support to the PAF Manager and assist in communication material preparation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support procurement and grants management.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project implementation and delivery.
• Experience in project management, operations management, and grant management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with international organizations, preferably UNOPS or similar.
• Education: Secondary school diploma with relevant experience; Master's degree preferred.
• Language proficiency in English; knowledge of another UN language is an asset.
