Contract engagements arise across the full project lifecycle: discovery and requirements definition, architecture design, declarative configuration and custom development, data migration, integration with adjacent systems, user training, and post-go-live support and optimisation.
Salesforce contractors are expected to have deep, certified expertise in the specific Salesforce products and clouds relevant to the engagement. Salesforce Administrator certification is the baseline credential and is expected across all configuration-focused roles.
