Summary: The Operations Data Analyst role focuses on leveraging data to enhance operational efficiency and innovation within content workflows. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to define KPIs and deliver impactful recommendations. This hybrid role is based in London and offers a daily rate within IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support decision-making with data-driven insights, performance measurement and impact analysis.
• Design, build and manage project workflows using tools such as Airtable.
• Write scripts to automate tasks and reporting, increasing scale and reducing manual work.
• Turn data into clarity with custom visualisations that power content and metadata operations.
• Work with engineering, production and vendors to define KPIs, track progress and improve systems.
• Deliver thoughtful, clear recommendations that influence innovation.

Key Skills:

• Proven skills in data analytics & visualisation (Tableau expertise)
• Experience with project management tools - preferably Airtable
• Strong understanding of project management principles and workflow design
• Knowledge of scripting languages would be advantageous (Python, JavaScript or similar)
• Comfortable presenting to both technical & non-technical teams
• Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a drive for continuous improvement
