Summary: The HaloPSA Service Owner role is a temp to perm position based in Nottingham, focusing on the deployment and management of the Halo PSA system. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of this new ITSM/PSA solution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving continuous improvement. The role is open to IT graduates, providing an opportunity for growth with full training. Candidates should have experience with ITSM/PSA solutions, particularly Halo PSA, and be willing to travel for training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment and ongoing management of the Halo PSA system.
- Ensure smooth setup, optimisation, and maintenance of Halo PSA.
- Drive continuous improvement and align the solution with business objectives.
- Create customer workflows and processes, integrating with third-party systems.
- Provide training and support for users of the Halo PSA system.
Key Skills:
- Experience in implementing and managing ITSM/PSA solutions, preferably HALO PSA.
- Understanding of IT service management and professional services automation principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in working with REST APIs and implementing custom integrations.
- Experience with other ITSM/PSA tools such as Halo and ServiceNow.
- ITIL v4 certification.
- IT-related degree.
