Summary: The IT Director will lead the development and execution of IT strategies for a rapidly expanding global company, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of IT strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's global business objectives.

- Drive IT transformation and innovation, ensuring the organization is leveraging the latest technology to enhance operations and business efficiency.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company data, assets, and systems.
- Manage IT budgets and resources, ensuring optimal use of resources and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize key technology projects that support business growth.
- Lead and mentor a global IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, development, and continuous improvement.
- Work with external vendors and partners to manage third-party relationships and ensure the successful delivery of IT services.

Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an IT Director, CIO, or in a similar senior IT leadership role.
- Extensive experience in leading global IT operations and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure management, including cloud, data centres, networking, and enterprise systems.
- Expertise in IT security, data protection, and compliance (GDPR, etc.).
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience with managing large-scale budgets and IT projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
