Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed financial analysis, tracking key business performance indicators and identifying trends across multiple sites.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
  • Assist with financial due diligence, investment appraisals, and post-acquisition integration.
  • Work closely with senior finance and operational teams to develop robust financial models, forecasts, and scenario analysis.
  • Design and monitor key performance metrics to assess business health and operational efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior management to optimize revenue, margins, and cost efficiency across the retail portfolio.
  • Work closely with private equity investors, finance teams, and operational leads to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting, automation, and data visualization.

Key Skills:

  • ACA, CFA, or CIMA qualification (preferred).
  • Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and accounting/ERP systems.
  • Exposure to M&A or investment analysis is highly desirable.
  • A data-driven problem solver with excellent attention to detail and a strong commercial understanding.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for senior management and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in investment banking or private equity or, 2 years FP&A/transaction services/FDD experience.
