Key Responsibilities:
- Build a financial model and construct a report for long-term financial sustainability.

- Define rent behavior and payment sustainability for the charity.
- Identify potential mixed-use real estate properties for investment.
- Advise on investment timings and amounts.
- Link sustainable service charges to repairs and maintenance.
- Improve budgeting processes and assist with financial indicators.
