Summary: The Infrastructure Test Analyst role requires a professional with both technical and analytical skills to deliver testing services within Platform Engineering. The position involves test design, automation, and execution across various Agile and non-Agile projects, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The analyst will be responsible for reporting on test status and defects to project leadership. This role is hybrid and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver test design, automation, and execution activities on Platform Engineering.
• Engage in testing activities across multiple Agile and non-Agile projects.
• Report on test status and defects to project leadership.
• Ensure stakeholders are informed with accurate and timely information.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years proven software testing experience.
• Experience in testing Infrastructure platforms within Platform Engineering.
• Knowledge of testing concepts, test planning, integration testing, regression testing, and risk management.
• Experience in test planning with a background in Platform Engineering.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience in designing and executing software test cases.
• Experience in the banking and/or finance sector.
• Familiarity with test automation tools like EggPlant and Playwright.
• Intermediate scripting language skills.
• Knowledge of network upgrades, WiFi & LAN, Cisco Catalyst.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery team environments.
• Proficient in using Jira Agile management tool.
• Experience with Jira Testing Plans and Boards for Sprint-based delivery.
