Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the client for digital platforms, managing the corporate website and Brand Portal.
- Operate and monitor marketing automation capabilities and run digital campaigns.
- Set SEM strategy and manage community/content across channels.
- Coordinate with digital agencies and vendors for service delivery.
- Integrate digital tools with back-end processes for operational efficiency.
- Analyze and report results from digital channels and maintain reporting dashboards.
