Summary: The role of Fractional Finance Director involves supporting a fast-growth sustainable athleisure brand during a critical scale-up phase. Key Responsibilities:

• Building out core finance functions and establishing scalable processes
• Cashflow management and scenario planning
• Develop robust short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts
• Creating FP&A models to support commercial decision-making
• Review and improve payment processes, driving efficiencies and automation
• Advise on systems and structure to support future fundraising and growth

Key Skills:

• Proven track record as a Finance Director or senior finance leader in a fast-growth SME environment
• Strong commercial and strategic finance expertise
• Experience building and refining finance processes from the ground up
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
• Background in consumer brands, retail, eCommerce, or fashion/apparel (preferred)
• Experience supporting businesses through scale-up, fundraising, or investment rounds (preferred)
• A genuine interest in sustainability and purpose-led brands (preferred)
