Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy for a national charity focused on improving healthcare experiences. This role is crucial during a period of growth and requires collaboration with a small marketing team to maximize digital opportunities and achieve brand and fundraising objectives. The position is remote with occasional travel to the Midlands and London for team meetings. The contract is for 12 months, full-time at 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of the digital marketing strategy – developing key tactics and monitoring KPIs
  • Website, Google Analytics, Google Grants and paid social management
  • Championing digital knowledge and expertise
  • Agency management
  • Collaborative working

Key Skills:

  • Experience in delivering digital marketing campaigns in a communications, marketing or fundraising environment
  • Managing digital channels, including websites, analytics platforms, and social media accounts
  • Working with key digital marketing tools including GA4, Google Console, Google Grants, Umbraco, Meta Business manager
  • Implementing SEO across digital channels
  • Monitoring and evaluating digital activity with strong analytical skills
  • Managing digital audiences and utilizing digital data
  • Managing external agencies effectively
  • Collaborative team player
