Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall digital marketing plan in line with the marketing strategy.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, and social media ads.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Marketing, the wider marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across digital media channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Looker Studio to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the company's objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic and generate leads.
  • Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring each is executed on time and within budget.

Key Skills:

  • At least 5 years experience in a digital marketing role, either in-house or agency.
  • Experience of B2B marketing within a similar industry, or industry with similar challenges.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Experience with automated/lead nurturing email platforms, such as HubSpot, Campaign Monitor etc.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
