Summary: The role of Data Analyst/Reporting Analyst involves optimizing customer relationship strategies through data insights to enhance engagement, retention, and loyalty. The position requires supporting CRM campaigns and providing actionable insights to improve customer experiences. This is a 3-month initial contract based in Central London, with a focus on data analysis within the fashion or retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to uncover trends, behaviors, and segmentation opportunities.
- Support the execution and performance tracking of CRM campaigns.
- Develop regular reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as recruitment, retention, and engagement rates.
- Collaborate with Client Engagement regional offices to align CRM efforts with broader business goals and Global Customer Strategy.
- Help enhance the customer journey by identifying gaps and opportunities for personalization.
Key Skills:
- Experience in CRM, data analysis, or a similar role-preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Able to code in Databricks and comfortable working with large datasets.
- Passion for fashion, customer-centric thinking, and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
