Summary: The role of Data Analyst involves a 3-month contract focused on optimizing customer relationship strategies through data insights within a dynamic Client Engagement team. The analyst will support CRM campaigns, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to enhance customer experience. This position requires a data-driven individual with a strong analytical background, particularly in the fashion or retail industry. The role is based on-site in Central London and classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to uncover trends, behaviors, and segmentation opportunities.
- Support the execution and performance tracking of CRM campaigns.
- Develop regular reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as recruitment, retention, and engagement rates.
- Collaborate with Client Engagement regional offices to align CRM efforts with broader business goals and Global Customer Strategy.
- Help enhance the customer journey by identifying gaps and opportunities for personalization.
Key Skills:
- Experience in CRM, data analysis, or a similar role - preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Able to code in Databricks and comfortable working with large datasets.
- Passion for fashion, customer-centric thinking, and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
