Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly Credit Risk Review meetings and make informed risk decisions.

- Drive improvements in systems, processes, and reporting to support credit risk management.
- Monitor the customer portfolio and identify early signs of financial stress.
- Deliver financial and market analysis to support high-value or complex decisions.
- Lead and mentor a team of credit risk professionals.
- Represent the credit function during internal and external reviews.
- Handle high-risk or escalated cases, including direct engagement with senior customer representatives.
