Summary: The Communications Lead for the SAP S/4 Hana Implementation will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy to support the rollout of an enterprise-wide ERP system. This role requires a strategic communicator who can engage diverse stakeholders and ensure clarity and alignment throughout the transformation process. The position is based in London with hybrid working arrangements and is part of a high-impact ERP programme. The contract duration is 12 months, reporting to the Change Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver the ERP programme communications strategy
• Identify communication needs across diverse stakeholder groups, including executives, employees, vendors, and business units
• Produce engaging and accessible communications including newsletters, presentations, FAQs, emails, videos, and Intranet content
• Tailor messages for different audiences while maintaining consistency in tone and branding
• Plan and support ERP-related events, such as town halls and roadshows

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in communications within large-scale transformation or ERP programme, ideally SAP S/4 Hana
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple communication channels and adapt messaging for diverse audiences
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
• Comfortable working at pace and with ambiguity
