p>Workday Test Consultant

*MUST have recent experience of Workday Testing*

Outside IR35 - London - Hybrid

Scoping, planning, through to execution and support, and closure of the project in Testing.
Perform risk assessments and produce test documentation (eg, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts).
Execute test scripts accurately for projects, changes, and releases.
Create and maintain test data for Workday HCM, FINS, PSA, and integrations.
Ensure minimal risk to BAU and project deliverables through effective testing.
Report and communicate plans, progress, and issues promptly.
Resolve issues proactively with support teams.
Collaborate with third-party teams to ensure timely and correct testing.
Set up Jira/Zephyr for project and BAU testing activities.
Execute and maintain automated scripts.
Act as a reference for Business UAT.
Support business users in executing test scripts.
Escalate risks to the Test Lead.
Recommend improvements to testing processes.

Skills Required:

Experience of Workday functional areas (Finance and/or HCM), including integration within the full life cycle.
Experience of data validation across Workday modules.
Ability to report status and highlight risks clearly.
Knowledge of test management tools.
Strong technical understanding of SAAS ERP platforms.
Experience working with outsourced teams.
