Mainstay is our major strategic programme to deliver a new integrated approach to managing our core business processes, incorporating a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.Your RoleAs a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery to time, cost and quality of large projects within the Mainstay programme. This includes all aspects of Project Management in a multi-project programme environment, so the Senior Project Manager may be responsible for multiple projects simultaneously.Your Responsibilities In This Role Will Also IncludeAccountable to the Sponsor for all assigned projects to ensure delivery to time, cost and quality.Establish budget requirements to deliver the project and manage the actual spend compared to the planned budget supported by the Finance Business Partner.Support the definition of the project benefits and identify how these will be monitored and measured.Support the creation of solutions with the end user in mind.Manage co-ordinating activity across the projects, holding the project team accountable for delivering to the baselined plan.Manage relationships with internal and external suppliers when required.About YouAs Senior Project Manager you will be experienced and have the relevant professional qualifications. You will understand the project lifecycle and be used to managing multiple projects from inception through to benefits realisation.
