Whitehall Resources require a Scrum Master to work with a key client on an initial 12-month contract, working fully remotely.
Scrum Master
* The project is to deliver the E-invoicing template solution for Europe and the deployment for 6 markets in a wave 1. The solution covers SAP, government portal integration and E2E invoice processing solutions.
* The project is following a hybrid delivery methodology and is currently in blueprint phase.
* The scrum master role will ensure compliance for all IT governance processes for the project across all waves using IT methods and tools Clarity (PPM internal tool) and ADO (AzureDevOps Agile delivery tool).
* Is the single point of contact for methodology and tools of the project and is responsible for team onboarding and training to use ADO throughout the project
* Organises the necessary Agile ceremonies to ensure delivery as per methodology of all components of the project
* Ensures delivery compliance and quality through all stages of the delivery
* Ensures the accurateness and completeness of the data in the tool for reporting purposes
* Supports the team to overcome impediments.
* Acts as test manager during the test phases
* Tracks and reports status using ADO best practice dashboarding and KPIs.
* Fosters a continuous improvement culture.
* Reports or dotted line to project lead.
Skills:
* Leadership, collaboration, conflict resolution, root cause facilitation, rigorous.
* Experience in working in a multicultural and multi-locations environment.
* SAP project experience preferred.
* Experience in consumer goods industry a plus.
Experience:
* Minimum 3 years in agile delivery.
* Agile / Scrum master certificate.
* Good knowledge of Agile and Testing tool, preferably ADO.
