Summary: The Senior IT Change Analyst role focuses on managing IT change processes within a large financial services client, utilizing ITIL and ServiceNow methodologies. This fully remote position is a 7-month contract, offering a competitive daily rate. The analyst will split their time between business-as-usual tasks and supporting a new improvement and process automation project. Candidates with a strong background in IT change management and relevant certifications are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT change processes in alignment with ITIL best practices.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and automation projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and management of changes.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for change management and process automation.
  • Provide insights and reporting on change management metrics.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrable background in an IT Change Management role.
  • ITIL qualified (certification highly beneficial).
  • Extensive experience working with ServiceNow software.
  • Broader knowledge of how Change Management fits into wider processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience in Banking/financial services preferred.
  • Experience in process improvement and automating risk assessments in ServiceNow.
