Summary: The Senior Video Producer role at a global technology company involves overseeing the production of short-form videos and live broadcasts, ensuring creative storytelling aligns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate innovative storytelling strategies and concepts that align with client business objectives spanning diverse industries.
  • Craft and present compelling video concepts that set new standards for internal teams and production collaborators, pushing creative boundaries.
  • Manage bids, budgets, schedules, and financial tracking for concurrent client projects, collaborating with production vendors.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of industry trends and company advancements to enhance service delivery to our partners.
  • Proactively manage partnerships and cultivate impactful relationships both internally and externally.
  • Consistently deliver high-level interpretation, presentation, and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative and Marketing teams on new initiatives to ensure that video standards and insights are integrated into future projects.
  • Manage technical resources within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Develop and inspire talent, setting standards and expectations for excellence during production.
  • As needed, assume various video production roles.
  • Adapt seamlessly between traditional video shoots, remote shoots, and live broadcasts.

Key Skills:

  • 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field or equivalent working experience.
  • Strong technical and creative production expertise, encompassing both on-set and post-production processes.
  • Experience collaborating with both local and international vendors.
  • Resourcefulness to navigate between large and small production houses, as production budgets vary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage production requirements among stakeholders, production houses, and talent.
  • Keen eye for identifying suitable production partners for projects.
  • Solution-oriented mindset to present alternative approaches for achieving team objectives.
