Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation & Benefits Specialist


Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Core HR Techno-Functional Specialist with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation & Benefits Module. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience, including certifications and expertise in configuring, implementing, and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the implementation and management of Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation & Benefits Module.

  • Configure salary and base pay structures, individual and workforce compensation, and total compensation statements.

  • Design and implement approval workflows for compensation processes.

  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for compensation rules and calculations.

  • Collaborate with the integration team to support data migration activities and build/test system integrations with third-party/custom solutions.

  • Continuously assess Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation updates and enhancements for impact and opportunities to improve processes.

  • Configure Oracle HCM modules, including personalization, Fusion role-based security, HCM Data Loader (HDL), BI Publisher Reports, HCM Extracts, and approval configurations.

  • Utilize atom feeds and REST APIs to enhance module functionality.




Required Qualifications:



  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation & Benefits Module.

  • Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation & Benefits.

  • Hands-on experience with at least two or more full life-cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation & Benefits.

  • Expertise in business process analysis, requirements definition, and solution design.

  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM configuration, fast formulas, workflows, and approval processes.

  • Strong technical skills in Fusion, HCM Data Loader (HDL), BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.




Secondary Skills:



  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM Global Human Resources/Core HR Module.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
