This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and be a key playerin our mission to promote well-being and mindful living.The Opportunity:Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Marketing Project Manager will be responsiblefor all day-to-day aspects of SOMA s digital marketing efforts. Your objective is clear;acquire new customers and drive business growth. Championing a hands-on approach,you ll work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to generate briefs, implement plans,and measure campaign performance.Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Acquisition & Campaign Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns; drivingcustomer acquisition for our products, including courses, appmemberships, and retreats.Utilize A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics to optimize sales funnelsand customer journeys, ensuring continuous improvement throughdata-driven insights (GoHighLevel).2. Collaborative Campaign Management:Work with the creative, tech, and media teams - as well as externalagencies, to develop high-performing marketing campaigns and producecollateral to enhance promotional efforts.Coordinate with the community manager, video editors, and copywriters toalign messaging and visual assets across all marketing channels.3. Data Analysis & Optimisation:Use marketing intelligence, customer insights, and analytics to understandaudience behavior and the effectiveness of campaigns (Segmetrics, GA4).Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing analysisand insights to stakeholders for continual optimization - employing a "testand learn" approach to maximize ROI.4. Project Management & Process Improvement:Manage multiple, simultaneous projects from planning and brief writingthrough to delivery and quality control, ensuring all campaigns areon-brand, on-time, and within budget.Use and improve the campaign briefing process, fostering bettercommunication and efficiency between teams.What You ll Need:3+ years of experience in a data-driven digital marketing role, ideally in a fast-pacedor start-up environment.Proven track record of executing and managing successful digital marketingcampaigns from concept to reporting.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks andmeet tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas, campaigns, andresults confidently.Highly analytical with a strong grasp of web analytics, A/B testing, andperformance marketing metrics.Creative thinker and proactive problem solver with a hands-on attitude andwillingness to try new ideas.Must be able to work within UK office hours.Native or fluent English speaking, reading, and writing.Experience in the wellness industry is desirable but not required.Perks & Benefits:Fully remote role with flexibility and autonomy.Free access to company products, including training courses.Opportunities to attend company events and retreats.Work with a friendly team in a high-growth business environment.Networking opportunities, attending fun events, and meeting creative andaspirational individuals.Scope for progression as the business grows.The ability to have a transformational impact on the lives of others.Compensation:Dependent on experience: 32,000- 36,000.How to Apply:Please send your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and suitability forthis role to connor@somabreath.com.Applications close on Wednesday 16th October 2024.
