They have a huge portfolio of products and have invested heavily into the sustainability of the business as a whole, developing innovative packaging to reduce their footprint on the world. Together we are searching for an established project manager to join their team for a 12-month FTC who is able to spin plates and manage stakeholders, working cross-functionally to manage the processes pipeline!This is a very exciting opportunity and will allow the successful candidate to develop skills within the FMCG space, managing up to 5 projects at a time. You will be responsible for risk-assessing delays and fast-tracking where necessary delivering best-in-class projects on time and to budget across all key accounts. Responsibilities: Gather data for new product launches, manage NPDs, and ensure timely launchesFinalise artwork, and technical specifications, and oversee stock and packagingContribute to trade presentations and attend weekly NPD meetingsLead quality meetings and manage testing and non-conformity reportingUpdate Brandbank and track competitor activities, including audits and pricingSupport sales with product presentations and liaise with procurement and production on raw materials and product changesProvide data for HQ meetings and present at monthly Sales and Marketing meetingsAssist the team with BTL activity planning and administrationSupport the Category Manager with market data for strategy planningThe perfect candidate will have: Experience in project management, ideally within the consumer goods space Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to manage several projects simultaneously A process-orientated mindset The ability to liaise with Senior Stakeholders ensuring they are accountable for their deliverablesExcellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit This is a rare and exciting opportunity where you can really make a difference and develop your CV simultaneously!
