Job Title: Marketing Content SpecialistLocation: Shoreditch (Hybrid)Duration: 12 months contract initiallyNote: This is a junior roleThe Opportunity:Client is looking for an organised and meticulous B2B Content Specialist to join our EMEA B2B Marketing team.Our ideal candidate(s) has 3-5 years' experience in a prior content role and/or project management.In this role, you will work closely with the B2B Marketing Lead to ensure the smooth workflow of all content projects for EMEA, across both Document Cloud and Creative Cloud.You will support the B2B marketing team by providing them with visibility of content project statuses and timelines, whilst managing the content repository to ensure all content is saved in the correct locations so that the wider teams have access to all necessary content.Alongside this, you will also be required to create content that is specific for the EMEA market right from briefing, execution and delivery of content in multiple formats.The B2B Content Specialist should be detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects at one time, and able to work proficiently under pressure.Ideally, you would also be willing to present your own ideas and strategy to improve content workflows.The role will be hybrid where you be required to work in the London Shoreditch Office as well as having the flexibility to work from home.What you'll do:Create net new content for the EMEA content from briefing right through to review and deliveryMaintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the yearProject manage localisation of content for EMEACollaborate with the demand generation team to plan and schedule content to ideal delivery datesIdentify and manage all content produced globally and at EMEA level, including gaps that need to be fulfilledLiaise with external content agencies to create content from start to finish, including briefing right through to reviews and delivery.What's needed to succeed:Excellent project management skillsGood understanding of content creation process and strategyExcellent attention to detailExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenMust be eager to learn, intelligent and inquisitiveAdept at working within a fast-paced, client-facing, ever-changing environmentStrong ability to collaborate in a highly matrix environmentConfident working autonomously, with a proactive, detail orientated mindsetProject management skills to manage editorial schedules and deadlines for ongoing campaigns within EMEAClear understanding of B2B marketingFamiliarity with principles of marketingFluent English (written & spoken) and good interpersonal skills
