Summary: The Manufacturing Program Manager role involves supporting a multinational company's manufacturing organization by diagnosing operations, implementing new working methods, and enhancing production performance. The position is a 6-month hybrid contract based in Manchester, requiring expertise in chemical engineering and operational management. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Manufacturing Excellence assessment to identify opportunities for throughput increase and define implementation plans.
• Support local Manufacturing Excellence in developing organizational capability.
• Collaborate with functional experts to codify new capabilities in the Production System.
• Conduct targeted audits on the Production system.
• Issue recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Functional expertise in chemical processes, production performance, and maintenance.
• Proficient in process data analysis using data analytic and visualization tools.
