- Engage with various stakeholders to understand their data needs, ensuring that insights are tailored to inform their strategies.
- Craft narratives that explain the 'what' and 'why' behind the numbers, making data relatable and impactful.
- Assist in the migration from SuccessFactors to Workday by ensuring that data is accurately transferred and effectively utilised.
