Key Responsibilities:
- Managing business and technical teams to ensure timely analysis and resolution of defects
- Managing retesting and feedback
- Reporting and analysis - both documented reports and in meetings
- Identifying root causes and trends to escalate for improvements
- Forecasting for defects and refining those forecasts based on actual statistics
- Managing and improving the defect management process
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience in defect management
- Experience in a complex multi-supplier and multi-stakeholder environment
- Ability to manage teams effectively
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Capability to obtain SC clearance
- Pensions administration experience (beneficial)
