Ability to understand and translate business requirements, and working with product / technical and operations teams to help design and build new Products and Services Ability to conduct workshops and design thinking sessions, to understand IT Process / Technology / Architecture and existing OSS/BSS implementations. Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and engage in constructive dialogue, to elicit the best possible outcomes.Good to have: Knowledge and understanding of software delivery processes, solution design & architecture.
