We are seeking Business Analysts to join a leading UK financial services client, offering a daily rate of 325- 350 per day (inside IR35). These roles focus on Risk Management Reporting and Analysis and Change Management, supporting digital and technology transformation projects. Successful candidates will contribute to process improvements, risk controls, and strategic initiatives. To be considered for the role, you must have recent experience working with top financial services organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct risk management reporting and analysis.
* Drive change and transformation initiatives.
* Perform business process re-engineering (BPR).
* Support digital and technology change management.
* Develop recommendations for process improvements and risk and controls.
* Gather requirements using business analysis techniques.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
* Expertise in risk management and BPR.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Familiarity with change management and functional design.
* Understanding of risk controls and process documentation.
Contract Details:
* Daily Rate: 325- 350 (inside IR35)
* Duration: Initial 6 months with possible extensions
* Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week on-site in Cheshire
