Role Overview
The Bromley Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team is seeking a Senior Practitioner to play a pivotal role in safeguarding children and ensuring timely interventions. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, collaborating with professionals to deliver outstanding services to children and families in Bromley.

Key Responsibilities
Initial Assessments:
Conduct in-depth assessments of referrals to identify risks and ensure appropriate responses.
Work within statutory frameworks to safeguard children effectively.
Collaborative Working:
Liaise with multi-agency partners to ensure information sharing and coordinated decision-making.
Maintain strong relationships with health, education, and other external partners.
Supervisory Role:
Provide guidance and support to junior social workers in the team.
Ensure high-quality casework and compliance with statutory requirements.
Crisis Management:
Respond to complex and urgent cases with agility and professionalism.
Assist in managing risk and ensuring that the needs of children and families are met promptly.

Essential Requirements
Qualified Social Worker with significant post-ASYE experience.
Demonstrable experience in safeguarding and child protection.
Strong understanding of MASH processes and multi-agency working.
