Summary: The Salesforce Project Manager will lead the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) within a well-established insurance firm undergoing digital transformation. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective integration with existing insurance platforms. The successful candidate will oversee the project lifecycle, manage risks, and provide training to support teams. This position is outside IR35 and offers a competitive day rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning through to implementation and post-launch support.
• Work closely with internal teams, technology partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Manage the integration of Salesforce FSC with platforms such as Azur Tech, Novidea, and Guidewire, ensuring a reliable and efficient data flow.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance on Salesforce FSC and Omnistudio, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Identify potential risks and develop proactive solutions to minimise disruption.
• Implement quality assurance and testing measures to ensure system stability before go-live.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to support teams in adopting the new system.
