Role: Community Operations ManagerDuration: ContractLocation: London / Netherlands / GermanyAs a Community Operations Manager, you ll be at the heart of this dynamic community, focusing on operational excellence and efficiency as we expand the Client Community Leaders program. You ll work with platforms and processes that support these programs, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, and engaging with Client Community Leaders, our top contributors.If you re passionate about community building, operational efficiency, and being part of a global movement, this role is for you!Tools: As an operations Manager, you will support the community tech stack and vendor relationships for the Client Community Leader program, ensuring they scale effectively with our needs. You may work closely with &Open and Slack. Success in this role requires critical thinking and a systematic approach.Swag: Each year, we handle a variety of bulk orders, from restocking inventory to launching new gifts for large events. You will submit new swag orders, track budgets, monitor inventory, submit feature requests, and propose improvements. Strong project management skills and time sensitivity are crucial for success in this area.Communications: Effective communication is essential for a successful Operations Manager in our fully remote team. You will engage in various forms of communication, including verbal, written, presentations, facilitation, and collaboration, with both the internal team and Community Leaders.Resolve Tickets: You will address a variety of service desk requests and tooling challenges for Community Leaders in the program. Top customer service and empathy will be valued for this communication.Procedures: Assist in establishing a change log for program, platform, and documentation updates.New Projects: Lead new initiatives and projects, creating processes to ensure their success.It's admired, but not required, if:You have experience working with various platforms and tools like Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence CloudYou have experience maintaining swag budgets.You have maintained vendor relationships.You have experience working with teams across multiple locations and timezones.You're comfortable working autonomously.
