Summary: The PMO Lead for Oracle Cloud is a contract position focused on supporting a new Oracle Cloud deployment programme. This role involves governance, coordination, and visibility throughout the project lifecycle, requiring proactive engagement and detail orientation. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely execution and effective communication among stakeholders. The position is hybrid and based in the UK, with an immediate start date for a duration of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track projects through their lifecycle and ensure on-time execution
  • Create and maintain detailed PMO reports for project teams and leadership
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers to the PMO Manager
  • Maintain and manage the RAID log, ensuring timely updates from stakeholders
  • Support project teams by offering solutions to unforeseen issues and maintaining momentum

Key Skills:

  • 5–10 years’ experience in a PMO or Project Coordination role
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across internal teams and external partners
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in tracking project health, risk escalation, and reporting
  • Previous experience in an Oracle Cloud programme (desirable but not essential)
