Summary: The PMO Lead for Oracle Cloud is a contract position focused on supporting a new Oracle Cloud deployment programme. This role involves governance, coordination, and visibility throughout the project lifecycle, requiring proactive engagement and detail orientation. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely execution and effective communication among stakeholders. The position is hybrid and based in the UK, with an immediate start date for a duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track projects through their lifecycle and ensure on-time execution
- Create and maintain detailed PMO reports for project teams and leadership
- Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers to the PMO Manager
- Maintain and manage the RAID log, ensuring timely updates from stakeholders
- Support project teams by offering solutions to unforeseen issues and maintaining momentum
Key Skills:
- 5–10 years’ experience in a PMO or Project Coordination role
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across internal teams and external partners
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in tracking project health, risk escalation, and reporting
- Previous experience in an Oracle Cloud programme (desirable but not essential)
