Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the transformation portfolio day to day, ensuring key milestones, performance indicators, risks and issues are tracked
  • Preparing data-led content to support workstream meetings, enabling productive discussions
  • Monitoring and following up on actions across the Transformation Office to ensure timely delivery
  • Acting as a point of contact for managing the KeyedIn tool, tracking initiative progression and assisting users with system queries
  • Developing and leveraging strong relationships with PMO teams to streamline processes
  • Leading the coordination of reporting across the Transformation Office, including GMC and Board reports
  • Providing ad-hoc support to colleagues across the Transformation Office and workstreams
  • Implementing appropriate governance, reporting, and escalation of changes impacting customers

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies
  • Evidence of building relationships to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience of managing concurrent projects and prioritizing work packages efficiently
  • Demonstration of effective communication and influencing project management roles across different initiatives
  • Experience and confidence with producing MI and reports to illustrate project progression and identify risks
  • Strong ability to analyze MI and identify risks and blockers effectively
  • Adaptability when it comes to priorities in a rapidly evolving and often ambiguous environment
  • Strong leadership of other PMOs to encourage streamlined delivery and aligned timelines
