  • Work with the Streaming team day-to-day to help maximise the impact and reach of our content on YouTube
  • Work with correspondents, producers and editors to adapt and create content that thrives on YouTube, ensuring strong storytelling and audience retention
  • Analyse performance data and audience insights to refine strategy, reporting regularly on performance
  • Lead training and upskilling sessions for colleagues in the Streaming team and across ITV News to embed best practice for YouTube content creation and curation
  • Ensure ITV News’ YouTube presence reflects the diversity of our audiences and contributes to our reputation for trusted, distinctive journalism
  • Stay across YouTube product developments and innovations, advising on new formats and growth opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with other departments across ITV News and the ITV regions to ensure content is promoted effectively across platforms
