YOUR ROLE We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented Workflow Administrator to join our team based in Ryton-on-Dunsmore (CV8 3LF). This office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 12:00 - 20:00 (changing to 14:00 - 20:00 during peak periods, starting 1st October) You will work within a warehouse environment plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily operations. You’ll coordinate workflows, manage administrative tasks, and provide critical support to the operations team to help us meet our goals.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Reporting to the WCS/IT Superuser, you will provide essential support to the operations team by ensuring workflows are well-managed and administrative processes are carried out efficiently. Your responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive administrative assistance such as managing schedules, handling documentation, and coordinating internal communications. You will also play a key role in coordinating and streamlining operational processes to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will also be expected to maintain accurate data and identify and resolve operational issues when they arise or escalate them appropriately when necessary. Additionally, you will manage office supplies and resources, ensuring everything required for smooth operations is readily available. You’ll regularly generate performance reports, offering insights into operational efficiency and suggesting areas for improvement. A significant part of the role will be working closely with the operations team to maintain balanced workloads and support daily tasks, while also acting as a liaison between frontline teams and management to ensure alignment and resolve challenges.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a warehouse administration or a similar operational support role. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management is essential, along with proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally well-organised, able to multitask effectively, and capable of working independently under pressure. You will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear instructions and adapt your communication style to suit different audiences.
