Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a dynamic digital transformation programme within a leading global organisation. This hybrid role based in London focuses on reshaping portfolio management and decision-making through integrated digital solutions. The ideal candidate will champion Agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to a high-impact initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion an agnostic Agile mindset and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and coach cross-functional teams transitioning to Agile ways of working.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops including story mapping, value stream mapping, Scrum of Scrums, and product alignment sessions.
  • Drive synchronisation across multiple teams and ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
  • Promote Lean/Kanban metrics and Agile reporting (e.g., Jira queries, planned vs. earned value).
  • Identify and raise visibility of team-level impediments, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support Agile maturity assessments and create psychologically safe environments for collaboration and learning.
  • Contribute to the Agile Community of Practice and embed Lean-Agile principles across the organisation.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience implementing Scrum and Agile practices at an enterprise level.
  • Strong background in Lean Agile coaching, facilitation, and mentoring.
  • Deep understanding of Agile transformation, productisation, CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile tooling.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including product owners, UX designers, engineers, and project managers.
  • Scrum Master certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II/III, CSP, CTC) are a plus.
