The ideal candidate will possess Workday Time Tracking certification and demonstrate strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. This role involves on-site work in Harrisburg, PA, with travel expenses covered. Payroll certification is an additional asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Phase 1 Workday Time Tracking implementations, focusing on design sessions, client testing, and deployment planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within Workday modules to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage multiple and complex stakeholder organizations effectively.
• Drive clients through testing and deployment planning exercises.
• Utilize industry experience to enhance project outcomes, with a focus on Time Tracking expertise.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of experience leading Time Tracking projects.
• 3+ full Workday Time Tracking implementations (Phase 1).

• Experience managing complex stakeholder organizations.
• Bachelor's degree.
