BMS Service Engineer

Summary: The BMS Service Engineer role involves providing service, maintenance, and fault-finding for Building Management Systems (BMS) within London. The position requires experience with systems such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or Struxureware, although training will be provided. The engineer will work primarily within the M25 and central London, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and reporting. This is a contract position lasting six months with a daily rate between £300 and £400.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure maintenance procedures are carried out to the standards detailed in specific service schedules.
• Fault find on control systems and rectify faults on field wiring, electrical panels, GUIs, and various BMS controllers.
• Ensure all sites/systems meet customer/client requirements, reporting to the Services Delivery Manager via written reports.
• Produce written reports detailing works undertaken.
• Maintain excellent communication skills and present professionally in a client-facing role.

Key Skills:

• Experience with BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or Struxureware.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
