Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Prism Analytics
  • Configure and manage planning models, dashboards, and custom reports
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective planning and analytics solutions
  • Deliver insights through data analysis, enabling strategic and financial decision-making
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and high performance across planning environments
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday P&AC capabilities and best practices

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and/or Workday Prism Analytics
  • Strong understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) principles
  • Proficient in data modelling, visualisation, and storytelling through dashboards
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams

Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site in London (Inside IR35)

Day Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience up to £850-900 p/d Inside IR35

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Planning & Analytics (P&AC) Lead to drive the implementation, optimisation, and support of Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Prism Analytics solutions. This role will play a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making within a global organisation.
