Summary: The Workday Prism Lead role is a contract position based in London, focusing on the implementation and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Prism Analytics solutions. The successful candidate will enable data-driven decision-making within a global organization and will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation process. This position requires collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective analytics solutions. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week on-site in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Prism Analytics
- Configure and manage planning models, dashboards, and custom reports
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective planning and analytics solutions
- Deliver insights through data analysis, enabling strategic and financial decision-making
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and high performance across planning environments
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday P&AC capabilities and best practices
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and/or Workday Prism Analytics
- Strong understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) principles
- Proficient in data modelling, visualisation, and storytelling through dashboards
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
Salary (Rate): £900 daily
