Summary: The Workday Integration HCM Payroll & Financial specialist is responsible for ensuring effective integration between the Workday HCM system and payroll and financial systems. This role involves collaborating with IT, payroll, and finance teams to design and implement integration solutions that enhance organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of HCM and financial processes, hands-on experience with Workday integrations, and strong troubleshooting skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations for payroll and financial modules
- Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to gather requirements and implement integration solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into integration specifications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Workday implementation or integration.
- Proven experience with HCM, payroll, and financial modules in Workday.
- Strong technical knowledge of Workday integration tools, such as Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
- Experience in data mapping and transformation processes.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
