Summary: The Workday HRIS Analyst role involves delivering a comprehensive global Workday/HR technical service for a large Insurance Company, ensuring smooth operations and supporting change management. The position requires prior experience with Workday and collaboration with HR leaders to implement strategic initiatives. This is a remote position with occasional travel to London, and it reports to the Global Head of HRIS. The contract duration is three months and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a functional and technical expert for Workday, supporting end users with their requests
- Work with the HR Team in the analysis, development, implementation and support of allocated HR projects & changes
- Work with the global HRIS team to manage the prioritization and execution of Workday fixes
- Manage the ongoing maintenance of the HR organization structure in Workday
- Support automation and process improvements across all HR Systems
- Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training, and communication of Workday system changes and upgrades including the bi-annual Workday releases
- Support on ensuring that Workday is fully integrated with key business systems
- Perform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB's.
Key Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Workday, covering HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting and Time Tracking
- Excellent technical skills across a wide range of technology products
- An inquisitive and challenging mind, with an interest in questioning and improving the "as is"
- Excellent operational skills e.g. processes, procedures, data analysis
- Excellent HR experience and knowledge
- Insurance Sector Experience - Desirable
