Summary: The Workday HCM Test Manager will lead and manage testing efforts for insurance technology platforms during a new Workday HCM implementation project. This role involves defining test strategies, managing test teams, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders and oversee compliance with regulatory standards. The position is based in London and operates in a hybrid work mode.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of test cases, test scripts, and test data.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure test coverage and traceability.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans aligned with project goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end testing activities including System, Integration, Regression, and UAT.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and offshore teams when necessary.
  • Drive the adoption of test automation and continuous integration practices.
  • Manage and mentor a team of test analysts and automation engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and other relevant insurance standards.
  • Report on test progress, quality metrics, and risks to stakeholders.
