Summary: The Principal Consultant role focuses on leading SAP Vistex and SD implementations, particularly in multi-country environments. The position requires extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA SD, including integration with other modules and advising clients on O2C transformations. The consultant will collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide insights for continuous improvement. Strong technical and functional expertise in Vistex technologies is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA SD with multi-country rollouts.
- Conduct requirement gathering, design, testing, documentation, and deployment support.
- Facilitate Fit 2 Standard Workshops and document fit and potential gaps.
- Advise clients on O2C transformation strategies and drive value creation through SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and service delivery organizations to meet SLAs.
- Configure business processes to meet customer requirements and develop solutions for gaps.
- Provide business process input for data migration and integration.
- Define analytics strategy for relevant reports and business insights.
- Identify improvement potentials in continuous operations.
Key Skills:
- Experience in design, configuration, and development in Vistex Technologies.
- Strong SAP pricing design and configuration experience.
- Broad ABAP experience including Data Dictionary, BAPI, BADI, and more.
- Knowledge of Vistex areas like agreements, pricing, and composites.
- Good understanding of integration points with Vistex, SAP SD, and FI.
- Experience in leading teams or managing Vistex consulting projects.
- Excellent communication skills with multilingual proficiency, fluent in English.

Detailed Job Description: Profound experience with full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA SD with multi country rollouts preferred. Complete knowledge of integration with other modules (MM/FI/PP/WM). Must have prior experience in Implementations , Rollout and Support experience is required in SAP SD on large international projects requirement gathering, design, testing, documentation, and Deployment support. Leads Fit 2 Standard Workshop with the customer, documents fit and potential gaps. Advise clients on their O2C transformation, helping them develop implementation strategies to transition from their traditional O2C solution to SAP SD. Drive value creation for our clients; positioning SAP solutions such as SAP S / 4HANA. Collaborate with Project Managers, Change and Release Management, Configuration Management, Test Management ,and the Service Delivery organization to deliver as per SLA's with Downstream systems along. Ability to work with the business team and understand the requirements and translate them to Functional specification. Works with customer team to configure the selected business processes to meet customer requirement ,develops solution and work around to address potential gaps. Provides business process input to technical consultants addressing data migration, integration, and potential extensibility. Good knowledge of O2C processes( Commercial ,sample, free of charge), third party sales, Intercompany Sales, pricing, credit management, settlement Management, listing/exclusion, ATP, Logistics execution ( Routes, shipment ). Must have prior experience in designing interfaces with third party application. Defines analytics strategy for application area so that the customer gets relevant reports and business insights. Identification of Improvement potentials in continuous operations Application Knowledge of SAP HANA CLOUD, Logistics Modules. Understanding of extensibility of SAP S/4 HANA .
Skills /Competencies: -Experience in design, configuration, and development in Vistex Technologies- Incentives Paybacks preferred. -Experience in SAP pricing design and configuration experience At least 1 full lifecycle Vistex implementations (techno-functional). -Demonstrate broad ABAP experience in the areas like Data Dictionary, BAPI, BADI, RFC, ALE/EDI, IDOC, Enhancement, User Exits, LSMW, Performance Tuning, Function Module development. -SAP Vistex knowledge in Data Objects, Master Data and Archiving is preferred. -Strong technical expertise in Vistex areas like agreements, pricing, and composites. -Good Knowledge of key integration points with Vistex and SAP SD (pricing) and FI. -Experience in Vistex application like status profile configuration, Activity Template etc. -Good Knowledge in Vistex Fiori Configuration and related RFC classes. Preferred SAP Configuration experience in one or more modules is a Plus. Experience in leading a team or managing the VISTEX consulting project is desirable. Strong experience in scoping, requirements gathering and solution design and build. Excellent communication skills. Multilingual proficiency BUT English must be fluent.
