Workday Financials Programme Managers

Location: Hybrid - London (on-site presence required depending on phase)

Contract Length: 6 months initially, with strong potential to extend

Day Rate: £600-£950 p/d (Inside IR35)

Start Date: Immediate to 4-week notice maximum

We're supporting a key client with the delivery of a number of large-scale Workday Financials transformation and looking to onboard four experienced Programme Managers to drive delivery and support stakeholder engagement through to go-live. This is a hands-on, delivery-driven environment where you'll be working closely with stakeholders, guiding users through the process, and ensuring everything stays on track. Some weeks will require more time onsite in London, especially during critical delivery milestones.

What We're Looking For

  • Workday Financials experience is essential - not open to other ERP backgrounds
  • At least one full end-to-end Workday Financials implementation under your belt
  • Strong track record leading finance transformation programmes
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders and driving delivery at pace
  • Consulting background highly desirable
  • Able to support users onsite and handhold through key phases

We can also consider Senior Project Managers with solid Workday Financials experience (at the lower end of the rate range), as well as Engagement or Change Specialists who have led full implementations.
